Message	that is if the insurance company doesn't screw me over. in new york, its % wise as for who is at fault. i guess i am in favor because he had the stop sign and i had the right of way. the adjuster said its not cler cut because there were two vehicles in "motion". we will see tomorrow when i harass, i mean call the adjuster
